Shipping Area
We currently ship orders within Thailand only.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via standard delivery using trusted local couriers, including Thailand Post, FlashExpress, and other reputable providers.
Processing Time
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will be processed and dispatched on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is packed, it will be handed over to the selected courier for delivery.
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on courier workload and your delivery location.
- Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated based on total order weight, starting from 40 THB.
- Customers may be eligible for free shipping by applying a valid free shipping voucher at checkout.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery directly with the courier.
Packaging
All items are securely packed using standard packaging to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not currently have any special shipping restrictions for products shipped within Thailand.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
